MISSION
The mission of the Addictions Caucus shall be:

  • To act as an advocate for the advancement of alcohol and drug abuse treatment and prevention programs.

  • To act as a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.

  • To promote cooperation and understanding among the programs represented.

  • To act as a vehicle for the development of an area consensus, when a consensus is needed.

  • To represent the area when representation is needed.

  • To network with other addiction programs.

  • To share program information.

  • To meet with State representative.

  • To support each member.

  • To conduct timely continuing education programs.

Members of the Addictions Caucus must be associated with an addiction program, either public or private, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Current Members = 18

Meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Thursday at 10:00 at Portside Restaurant in Cambridge, Maryland (unless otherwise notified).
